Solida Cork & Bamboo is very pleased to announce that effective January 25th, 2010, all site
finish orders will receive one coat of Solida’s tried and trusted A2.10 urethane before they leave the factory.
This will help to protect the stained surface of the product during the
installation process and still allow on-site finishing for a beautiful,
completely protected floor! It also speeds up the installation process and
reduces labour costs!
Each order will now ship with enough A2.10 for two coats of on-site application
(suitable for residential installations). The choice of urethanes can also be
upgraded to one of our Two Component Commerical urethanes available in three
different gloss levels: Duo Satin, Duo Matte or Ultra Matte. Solida Urethanes
have been designed specifically to work with cork flooring. They are durable
and are designed to flex with the surface of cork when it is under pressure.
In addition to this, every order will ship with a finishing kit containing all
the necessary tools to glue the floor and apply the urethane finish. A supplied
finishing kit will include:

1 Adhesive Roller
1 Urethane Roller
1 Roller Handle
2 Two Inch Foam Brushes
